James Freeth
James is a co-founder of Videre and a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with over two decades of experience. He is also an accredited Party Wall Surveyor (MPTS), with extensive expertise in all matters related to construction work adjacent to neighbouring properties. With a successful and proven track record across various projects—from large developments to smaller residential builds—James leads the provision of technical advisory, project management, and cost management services. His deep knowledge and strategic foresight enable Videre to protect our clients' interests at every stage.
Kayleigh Clark
Kayleigh is a co-founder and Chartered Architect (RIBA) at Videre, registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB). With a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and design-led spaces, Kayleigh approaches every project with meticulous attention to detail. Her approach is grounded in understanding the client's vision, needs, and budget. Having earned a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Westminster, she brings a wealth of design expertise to both residential and commercial projects. Kayleigh’s industry connections and adaptive approach ensure a seamless and successful journey from concept to completion.
